Ground Handling & PRM Contracts Manager
Responsibilities
- Supports implementation and operational application of the Local Ground Handling Regulation (LGHR) across airport operations.
- Monitors operational compliance and ensures alignment between regulatory requirements, operational practices, and contractual obligations.
- Manages contracts with ground handling companies, PRM providers, and relevant operational stakeholders, including KPI/SLA monitoring, contract amendments, operational follow-up, and day-to-day administration activities.
- Coordinates operational requirements, service issues, corrective actions, operational follow-up activities, stakeholder consultations, and operational meetings related to ground handling and PRM activities.
- Supports coordination of fuel farm and into-plane operational interfaces in accordance with airport operational, safety, and procedural requirements.
- Oversees KPI/SLA monitoring, performance reviews, inspections, operational follow-up actions, and service performance reviews.
- Supports ORAT planning, readiness exercises, implementation activities, operational transition programs, contingency planning, and irregular operations management activities related to ground handling and PRM operations.
- Supports monitoring of fees, costs, contract performance, and operational service-related expenditures.
- Coordinates off-airport ground handling activities and operational frameworks.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in airport operations, ground handling operations, PRM services, airline operations, or related aviation operational environments
- Strong understanding of airport operational processes, ground handling activities, PRM operational requirements, and stakeholder coordination within an airport environment
- Knowledge of applicable European and national aviation regulations, airport operational standards, and industry best practices related to ground handling and PRM operations
- Experience in operational contract management, KPI/SLA monitoring, inspections, operational reporting, and service performance follow-up
- Proven ability to coordinate with airlines, ground handling companies, PRM providers, fuel stakeholders, operational authorities, and airport departments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and operational reporting tools
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal
- Additional professional certifications, specialized training, or industry qualifications related to airport operations, ground handling, PRM services, emergency planning, aviation compliance, customer service excellence, or quality management systems will be considered an advantage
