Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of enterprise BFSI accounts, driving Martech adoption, maturity and measurable business outcomes.
- Develop a strong understanding of BFSI business models, customer journeys and key growth metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, retention and cross-sell.
- Identify high-impact business opportunities where Martech, customer data and personalization can influence business outcomes, and translate them into clear, technically executable solutions.
- Analyse customer behaviour, funnels, cohorts, journeys and campaign performance to identify growth levers and recommend needle-moving interventions.
- Partner with business, marketing, product, technology and analytics stakeholders to define a common success and ROI framework, with transparent measurement of impact.
- Conduct Martech maturity and effectiveness audits across accounts, identifying gaps across data, integrations, segmentation, automation, personalization and measurement.
- Recommend and drive quick wins as well as long-term strategic initiatives that improve customer engagement, conversion, retention and revenue.
- Build BFSI-specific frameworks, playbooks and best practices that can be replicated across accounts and scaled across the consulting practice.
- Act as a strategic advisor to enterprise clients, challenging existing approaches and bringing a strong point of view on customer engagement, lifecycle marketing and growth.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Growth, Marketing, Analytics, Martech, Consulting or related roles.
- Strong understanding of the BFSI ecosystem, customer lifecycle and digital engagement journeys is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving ability at the intersection of Technology × Data × Marketing.
- Comfortable working with Martech concepts including data unification, integrations, automation, triggered communication, segmentation, personalization and experimentation.
- Strong analytical understanding of funnels, cohorts, paths, customer journeys and campaign performance.
- Ability to translate complex business problems into structured, data-backed and technically feasible solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business and technology leaders.
- A Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing with a strong analytical or technical orientation is preferred.
- Curiosity, commercial acumen and a strong bias towards measurable business impact.
