We're building a data-driven growth engine where analytics powers every acquisition, activation, and retention decision. As we scale, we're looking for a Growth & Data Analyst who can go beyond reporting to uncover insights, drive experimentation, and directly influence business growth.
Role Overview
We're looking for a Growth & Data Analyst to own the analytics infrastructure that powers our growth function. You'll build scalable dashboards, analyse customer behaviour, identify growth opportunities, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to improve funnel performance through data-driven experimentation. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys solving business problems with data, building analytical frameworks, and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain end-to-end funnel and cohort analysis across acquisition, KYC, funding, activation, trading, and retention.
- Develop scalable dashboards and automated reporting for marketing performance, funnel health, and business KPIs.
- Analyse customer behaviour to identify bottlenecks, growth opportunities, and optimisation priorities.
- Own funnel performance metrics by diagnosing drop-offs, forming hypotheses, and measuring experiment outcomes.
- Design, analyse, and evaluate A/B tests to improve acquisition, activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Build LTV, CAC, cohort, and attribution models to support marketing investment decisions.
- Partner closely with Performance Marketing and CRM teams to connect acquisition, lifecycle, and retention performance.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement data-driven improvements and measure business impact.

Must-Have Skills
- 4–7 years of experience in Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Product Analytics, or Business Analytics.
- Strong SQL and Python (Pandas) skills for data analysis and automation.
- Experience building cohort analysis, funnel reporting, and executive dashboards.
- Strong understanding of experimentation frameworks and A/B testing methodologies.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Business teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in gaming, fintech, investing, trading, or BFSI.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio, or similar BI tools.
- Familiarity with Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, CleverTap, or other product analytics platforms.
- Experience working directly with Product teams on growth and UX experiments.
- Knowledge of attribution modelling and marketing measurement.
