As they continue to grow, they are looking for an experienced Growth Marketing Lead to build and optimise a scalable growth engine that drives customer acquisition, conversion and retention.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a commercially minded marketer who thrives on experimentation, data-driven decision-making and continuous optimisation. Working closely with the CEO, Product and cross-functional teams, you'll own the entire customer journey- from first interaction through activation, conversion, retention and re-engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's growth marketing strategy across all customer acquisition and retention channels.
- Own conversion rate optimisation across the customer journey, identifying opportunities to improve user experience and increase conversions.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns and marketing budgets, ensuring strong return on investment.
- Lead email marketing and customer lifecycle campaigns, including segmentation, automation and re-engagement initiatives.
- Drive SEO strategy and content optimisation to increase organic traffic and customer acquisition.
- Develop growth initiatives in collaboration with strategic partners to maximise customer activation.
- Build reporting dashboards and monitor key performance metrics across the marketing funnel.
- Design and execute structured growth experiments, using data and insights to continuously improve performance.
- Work closely with Product and other business functions to remove friction points and improve the customer experience.
Requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in growth marketing, performance marketing or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of driving customer acquisition, conversion optimisation and revenue growth.
- Experience managing paid digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong knowledge of email marketing, customer lifecycle management and marketing automation.
- Practical experience with SEO and content-led growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting funnel metrics, customer acquisition costs and attribution data.
- Experience planning, executing and measuring A/B tests and growth experiments.
- Excellent written communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience within fintech, financial services or another regulated industry would be advantageous.
