Position Overview
Harbinger Motors is scaling. As we move away from third-party agency support, we are bringing our CRM Operations in-house. We are looking for a skilled GTM Systems Manager who thrives in a high-velocity startup environment. You will be the architect of our "Source of Truth." You won’t just manage a database; you will build intelligent systems that track every marketing attribution, lead interactions, operational workflows, and revenue visibility.
Core Responsibilities
1. Workflow Optimization & Operational Excellence

Workflow Mapping & System Alignment: Map and evaluate current Marketing and Sales workflows, proactively identifying opportunities to streamline operations and enhance system connectivity.

Data Governance & System Integrity: Maintain high standards of data health and backend alignment across HubSpot Marketing and Sales Hubs to serve as our team's reliable "Source of Truth."

Stack Enhancement & Modernization: Oversee CRM integrations while continuously discovering, learning, and implementing emerging GTM technologies (including AI platforms) to boost team productivity.
2. Strategic Attribution & Funnel Visibility

Attribution Mastery: Refine multi-touch attribution models to provide leadership with clear, actionable insights into campaign performance and marketing impact.

Lifecycle Continuity: Enhance and maintain smooth tracking logic for MQLs, SQLs, and deal stages, ensuring frictionless handoffs between Marketing and Sales.

Executive Dashboards: Create accurate dashboards that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, deal velocity, and key growth metrics.
3. Sales & Marketing Enablement

Pipeline Health & Transparency: Routinely review pipeline stages to maintain deal hygiene and provide leadership with clear, reliable visibility into pipeline progression.

CPQ & Quote Tool Management: Maintain our HubSpot Product Library and Quote tools, enabling sales team members to quickly generate precise, professional contracts.

Team Training & Adoption: Serve as a trusted advisor, conducting engaging training sessions that elevate HubSpot adoption and technical proficiency across teams.

Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Marketing, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related discipline required.

HubSpot Enterprise Certification: Required. Active HubSpot Enterprise Certification with deep hands-on expertise in administering Marketing and Sales Hubs.

Operations & Systems Experience: 4+ years in Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, or GTM Systems, with a proven ability to map workflows and elevate established CRM environments.

Attribution Expertise: Strong expertise in building and refining multi-touch attribution tracking models.

Pipeline & Lifecycle Mastery: Thorough understanding of MQL-to-SQL progression, deal stage dynamics, and sales funnel mechanics.

Dashboard Design: Demonstrated skill in crafting intuitive, reliable executive dashboards that bring clarity to complex operational data.
Nice-to-Have (Plus to Have)

AI & Enrichment Innovation: Experience with tools like Clay, Claude AI, OpenAI, or LLMs for automated workflow enhancements.

Note: While prior hands-on experience is a bonus, an eagerness and commitment to learn and leverage these AI tools within our stack is required.
