The Team at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront is currently seeking their next Guest Service Agent to join the team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
Strong English communication skills with guests, team members, and management, both in person and over the phone, with professional phone etiquette.
A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.
Previous hotel front desk experience is a plus!
