Responsibilities: General Repairs: Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC. Carpentry: Perform carpentry work, such as installing shelves, repairing doors, and building structures as needed. Painting and Finishing: Ensure that interior and exterior surfaces are well-maintained through painting and finishing tasks. Fixture Installation: Install and repair fixtures, such as lighting, faucets, and other hardware. Equipment Maintenance: Keep tools and equipment in good working condition; report any malfunctions or need for replacements. Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot issues with building systems, equipment, or structures and implement effective solutions.
