Head – Construction Planning & Project Manager Actions

Responsible to provide technical expertise to 
- Coordinate with all project teams and collect, review and update the detailed project 
plans and schedules, outlining the sequence of construction activities, timelines, and 
resource requirement & allocation 
- Coordinate the allocation of labor, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient use of 
resources and timely project execution 
- Track project progress against the schedule, adjust as necessary, and provide regular 
updates and reports to stakeholders on the status of the construction activities. 
- Coordinate with project teams to create a common picture of the PgMC current and 
future activities & resource requirement
