Head of Flight Dispatch & Ground Operations

As part of our AOC Operations team and under supervision of the Head of Flight Operations & CEO you will: Participate in the daily operations & operational processes Coordinate between our Customer team and our Operations Engage with the CAAT regulator & support flights preparation phases Pending appropriate experience, manage aspects of operations such as: Operation Control center, Flight Dispatch Assistant, Ground handling management, Dangerous goods processes, Route planning: Weight and balance limitations; Performance operating limitations; Using cruise control charts Requirements Mandatory Requirements: Past experiences in Thai AOC operations Knowledge of Thai aviation regulations and contact with CAAT Thai national Speaks both Thai and English at business-level or native High level of efficiency, accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail Showing initiative and being proactive Additional desired skills: Experience with EASA and regulations Experience with business aviation operations Strong interest in general aviation and seaplane operations Note: This is not a pilot position.
