This role is not a traditional portfolio management position; you will be a core member in designing the investment advisory platforms for ACB's Wealth Management division. The frameworks, model portfolios, risk assessment tools, and investment perspectives you develop will be instrumental for our expert advisors across the entire network, serving our valued Wealth clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a unified "One House View" by synthesizing insights from Research, Fund Management, and market data, translating them into consistent investment perspectives for various market scenarios and guiding asset allocation principles.
• Design and implement a robust Model Portfolio system, creating standardized portfolios tailored to different risk tolerance levels, establishing principles for asset allocation, rebalancing, and risk management, ensuring alignment with diverse Wealth client segments.
• Develop comprehensive Risk Profiling frameworks and Goal-based Investing tools, including designing assessment instruments for risk appetite, linking risk profiles to asset allocation and model portfolios, and creating tools to help clients define long-term financial objectives.
• Build and manage a data library and advisory tools, standardizing key macro, market, and risk indicators, collaborating with Data & Technology teams to develop dashboards and data repositories, and transforming in-depth research into easily digestible content for RMs and clients.
• Monitor portfolio performance and conduct stress testing, regularly evaluating portfolio effectiveness, developing market scenarios for stress testing, and providing recommendations for adjustments aligned with investment objectives and risk appetites.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in investment, research, or portfolio management within asset management firms, securities companies, or banks.
• Deep understanding of macroeconomics, financial markets, and portfolio theory.
• Proven ability to translate academic research and market analysis into practical advisory solutions.
• Experience in building Asset Allocation strategies or Model Portfolios is a significant advantage.
• Possess a long-term, objective, and client-centric mindset.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
