As a Director, Partner Success, you will lead the global strategy for maximising the performance, engagement, and long-term success of WebBeds’ chain partnerships. You will work closely with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure WebBeds delivers measurable value, drives commercial growth, and strengthens relationships across key accounts.
This role combines commercial leadership, performance optimisation, and stakeholder management. You will use data-driven insights to identify opportunities, improve partner outcomes, and establish scalable frameworks that support sustainable growth across the global chain portfolio.
In this role you will:
Key responsibilities
Partner success strategy: Lead the global partner success agenda for chain partnerships, ensuring consistent execution, value delivery, and commercial performance across key accounts.
Performance optimisation: Develop and implement structured optimisation programmes focused on availability, pricing competitiveness, conversion, content quality, production growth, and distribution effectiveness.
Commercial performance management: Own the analytical view of chain partner performance, translating data into actionable insights, priorities, and recommendations.
Strategic account partnership: Collaborate with Strategic Account Managers and Directors to develop account success plans, address underperformance, and identify opportunities for growth.
Cross-functional leadership: Partner with Connectivity, Sales, Revenue, Operations, Finance, and Data teams to remove barriers and improve partner performance across the portfolio.
Performance reporting and insights: Develop dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and executive reports that provide clear visibility of risks, opportunities, progress, and commercial impact.
Partner onboarding and activation: Drive improvements in onboarding, connectivity quality, contract activation, rate loading, mapping, and overall bookability across chain properties.
Governance and accountability: Establish performance metrics, operating frameworks, and governance processes that ensure effective execution and ownership of optimisation initiatives.
Strategic project management: Support senior leadership with strategic initiatives, executive reporting, priority management, and tracking of key commercial objectives.
Stakeholder engagement: Represent Partner Success in strategic internal forums and partner-facing meetings, providing a data-led perspective on business performance and opportunities.
Team leadership and development: Lead, coach, and develop the Partner Success team, fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes.
Minimum 8 years of experience in partner success, account management, commercial operations, hospitality distribution, or a related field, including leadership experience managing global or regional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, Commercial Management, or a related discipline.
Strong experience in performance management, commercial analytics, account optimisation, and strategic partner management.
Advanced analytical skills with experience developing dashboards, scorecards, business reviews, and executive-level reporting.
Strong understanding of hotel distribution, connectivity, revenue generation, pricing, and commercial performance drivers.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders, strategic partners, and cross-functional teams.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and actions.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
Fluent English required.
Experience working within travel technology, hospitality distribution, or global chain partnerships is highly desirable.
