Head of Relationship&Transaction Management

Head of Relationship and Transaction Management Department in Poland

Location: Warsaw, Poland

Deutsche Bank Polska is looking for an accomplished and forward-thinking leader to head its Relationship and Transaction Management department in Poland.

You will lead a team supporting selected multinational and domestic corporate clients across onboarding, implementation and day-to-day service. This role includes also relationship management of selected subsidiaries of multinational corporates.

Your key responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Relationship and Transaction Management department by building developing people and ensuring collaborative and accountable culture

• Promote a service-quality mindset supported by ongoing client feedback and disciplined follow-up to constantly improve client experience across onboarding, products implementation and service

• Promote responsible use of AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual work while ensuring appropriate oversight and compliance with internal standards

• Translate the Bank’s strategy into clear priorities, objectives and measurable outcomes for the department
• Partner with local and regional stakeholders across business, operations and control functions
• Support business growth and long-term relationships with selected corporate clients

What we are looking for

• 10+ years of experience in banking or financial services, preferably in corporate or transaction banking

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field

• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills

• Knowledge of corporate banking products, including Cash Management, Trade Finance, Lending and FX

• Good understanding of the Polish banking regulatory and control environment

• Experience in process improvement, digital transformation or scalable workflows

• Professional fluency in Polish and English; German would be an asset
