We provide consulting services across a broad range of sectors reliant on information systems, including banking, insurance, healthcare, automotive, finance, and telecommunications. Our expertise covers end-to-end performance optimization, enterprise testing, major incident troubleshooting and resolution, full-stack architecture advisory, continuous integration, deployment acceleration, and infrastructure managed services.
Responsibilities:
Transform current facilities operations into a strategic, scalable global function covering Almada, Aveiro, and international sites (Chile, Canada, Peru, and future hubs).
Shape workplace experiences, events, and community initiatives that foster organizational culture and employee engagement.
Manage and lead key infrastructure projects including our auditorium, parking facilities, and the development of new initiatives, as well as driving the commercial exploitation of physical assets.
Collaborate closely with Talent Management, Branding & Communication, and the Compliance Management Officer to ensure cohesive operational and cultural standards.
Lead teams, contractor networks, and international service providers across multiple countries.
Manage and take full responsibility for Workplace Health, Safety & Hygiene, ensuring full regulatory compliance, corporate risk management, and the implementation of best practices across all facilities and international offices.
Requirements:
Proven background crossing Facilities Management, Workplace Experience, Hospitality/Events, Corporate Real Estate, and Commercial Exploitation of physical spaces.
Strong track record in multi-site or international operational leadership.
Professional proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish is required.
Entrepreneurial, autonomous, and results-driven with strong execution capabilities.
