ABOUT THE ROLE
At Netenders, we are looking for a proactive and driven Headhunter Freelancer to help source and approach candidates in the areas of IT & Tech, Digital Marketing, and Sales & Business Development.
In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding top talent through our recruitment process to present qualified candidates to our teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and approach qualified candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms.
Conduct initial screening interviews.
Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and motivation.
Present a shortlist of relevant profiles to our teams.
Follow candidates throughout the recruitment process.
WHAT WE NEED
Proven experience in recruitment or headhunting.
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools.
Ability to recruit international candidates.
Independent, proactive, and results-oriented.
Professional fluency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
WHAT WE OFFER
💰 25€/hour
🚀 A success fee equal to 5% of each candidate's annual gross salary.
This freelance collaboration may involve several recruitment assignments throughout the year.
