Job Description:
We're looking for a Health and Safety Manager, Field (Western Region) to lead Health & Safety initiatives across Western Canada, partnering with operational leaders to reduce risk, drive compliance, and improve safety performance in our Stores. In this role, you'll provide expert guidance, analyze safety trends, support incident prevention efforts, and help translate safety programs into effective store execution. You'll also lead training and continuous improvement initiatives that strengthen TJX Canada's safety culture.
