About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced field operations leader to join our client’s team as a Heavy Highway Superintendent. This individual will play a critical role in executing a growing backlog of heavy highway and infrastructure projects across North-Central Kentucky.
The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with project schedules and specifications. This role requires a hands-on leader with strong field presence and the ability to manage complex earthmoving and roadway construction activities.
Project scope includes highway widening and infrastructure work such as excavation, embankment, storm drainage, waterline installation, crushed stone placement, and blasting.
