The Georgia Department of Revenue is hiring a Helpdesk Analyst 1 to help us administer state tax laws fairly and efficiently. In this role, you'll support our Unclaimed Property Unit and help carry out the work outlined in Georgia's Unclaimed Property Act.

Pay Grade: I
Location: 4125 Welcome All Rd, Atlanta GA 30349. This is a hybrid position with working hours of 8am to 4:45pm, Monday to Friday. Start times may be adjusted to 7:30am based on business needs. *A telework schedule of two(2)
remote days per week is contingent upon demonstrated proficiency after training and is subject to change based on DOR policies and ability to meet performance expectations.

Minimum Qualifications:
