Job Description
Position Summary
The Manager of Market Access Policy Operations is responsible for leading the operational infrastructure that supports medical policy intelligence, reimbursement strategy execution, coding analysis, and market access communications across the organization. This individual serves as a strategic partner to Market Access, HEOR, Government Affairs, Sales, Marketing, Clinical Affairs, and Regulatory teams.

Medical Policy Intelligence & Monitoring; Coverage Policy Operations; Coding & Reimbursement Analysis; Market Access Communications; Cross-Functional Leadership; Operational Excellence; Team Leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred. 5-10+ years of healthcare reimbursement, market access, policy, or health economics experience.

Market Access Strategy, Reimbursement Operations, Coverage Policy Analysis, Medicare Policy, Commercial Payer Policy, Executive Communication, Team Development.
Success Measures
Deliver actionable policy intelligence, streamline policy monitoring, improve field readiness, and support favorable coverage pathways.
Travel: 25-40%
