Job Title: Windows Kernel Tech Lead
Experience: 5+ Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled Windows Kernel Tech Lead with strong expertise in low-level system programming and kernel development. The candidate will lead the design, development, and optimization of kernel-level components, ensuring high performance, stability, and security.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Windows kernel-mode drivers and system-level components
Work on low-level system programming, debugging, and performance optimization
Analyze and resolve complex kernel issues such as memory leaks, crashes, and race conditions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware, firmware, and application teams
Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and adherence to secure coding standards
Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in Windows Kernel development
Strong expertise in C/C++ and system programming
Hands-on experience with Windows Driver Development (WDM/WDF)
Strong debugging skills using tools like WinDbg, KD, and kernel debugging techniques
Deep understanding of OS internals (memory management, process/thread handling, I/O systems)
Experience with multithreading, synchronization, and performance tuning
