JOB DESCRIPTION:

Location: Hong Kong

Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week)

Reports to: Financial Controller, HK

 

Support daily finance function including but not limited to monthly reporting cycle, planning and budgeting, statutory compliance (Tax Audit, and Treasury).

                                                                               

Responsibilities:

• Assist the superior to prepare reports for tax filing and audit
• Assist in reconciling financial transactions, including general ledger entries
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including journal entries, accruals and variance analysis
• Assist in maintaining proper documentation and filing systems for financial records and reports
• Provide general administrative support
• Support ad hoc assignment as required

 

Requirements:

 

• University students majoring in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Self-motivated, willing to learn and accept challenges with positive attitude
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)
