Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, returns, inventory management, and 3PL coordination.
- Ensure 99%+ FC order fulfilment TAT for B2C orders and 100% fulfilment for marketplace orders (Amazon & Nykaa).
- Prevent SLA breaches by ensuring timely order processing and execution.
- Coordinate with logistics partners for seamless shipment pickups and dispatches.
- Plan workforce allocation and lead warehouse teams to maximize productivity.
- Ensure compliance with the Legal Metrology Act and maintain product quality standards.
- Manage returns efficiently through effective QC checks and improved claim approval rates.
- Resolve day-to-day operational challenges while maintaining SLA adherence.
- Drive process improvements and warehouse automation initiatives.
- Conduct daily cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Prepare billing reports and coordinate with 3PL partners for invoice processing.
- Monitor warehouse performance metrics across fulfilment, returns, inbound operations, and inventory.
- Work closely with technology teams to resolve order-related system issues.
- Collaborate with marketplace teams to resolve order exceptions before SLA breaches.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of packaging materials to avoid operational disruptions.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain 99%+ FC order fulfilment TAT for B2C orders.
- Achieve 100% marketplace order fulfilment within SLA.
- Improve returns processing efficiency and claim success rates.
- Optimize inbound, picking, packing, dispatch, and return turnaround times.
- Maintain high inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts.
- Effectively manage operational peaks and critical business situations.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, preferably in E-commerce Fulfilment.
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Strong knowledge of inbound, outbound, returns, inventory management, and warehouse processes.
- Experience in 3PL/vendor coordination.
- Exposure to marketplace operations such as Amazon and Nykaa is preferred.
- Strong team handling and leadership capabilities.
- Good understanding of Order Fulfilment SLAs and TAT management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and operational management skills.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and focused on operational excellence.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility during peak business periods.
