Job Title: Hostel Warden (Female)
Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and responsible individual to join our team as a Hostel Warden (Female). The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in the Schooling (K-12) department. As a Hostel Warden, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, well-being, and discipline of male students residing in the hostel.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor the daily activities of male students in the hostel, ensuring their safety and security at all times.
- Enforce hostel rules and regulations, maintaining discipline and order among the students.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing any personal or academic issues they may have.
- Coordinate with the school administration and teaching staff to ensure a conducive learning environment within the hostel.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hostel premises, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Organize and oversee recreational activities for students, promoting a healthy and positive hostel community.
- Maintain records of student attendance, behavior, and any incidents that occur within the hostel.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Collaborate with other hostel wardens and staff to ensure smooth operations and effective teamwork.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Schooling (K-12) department.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect and engage with students.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of hostel management procedures and regulations.
- Ability to handle disciplinary issues and resolve conflicts in a fair and effective manner.
- First aid and CPR certification is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field is desirable.
