Fundamental Hospitality is looking to hire an experienced Hostess to join one of our restaurant venues in Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident, polished and guest-focused hospitality professional to become part of a luxury dining environment and create an exceptional first impression for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.

• Manage reservations, walk-ins and table allocations efficiently.

• Escort guests to their tables and ensure a seamless arrival experience.

• Maintain accurate guest information, preferences and special requests.

• Coordinate closely with the reception, reservations and restaurant management teams.

• Assist with guest flow during busy services and high-volume periods.

• Handle guest enquiries and requests with professionalism and discretion.

• Maintain excellent knowledge of the venue, menu, events and wider group portfolio.

• Ensure the reception area remains organised, presentable and welcoming at all times.

• Support VIP guest management and special occasions.

• Previous experience in a similar role within a luxury restaurant, high-end hospitality venue or nightlife environment.

• Strong communication and guest-relations skills.

• Confident, polished and professional presentation.

• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.

• Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

• Experience using restaurant reservation systems is preferred.

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

• Previous experience in Dubai or the UAE is preferred.
