| HOSTESS – KUWAIT |

We are hiring Hostesses for a reputed restaurant group in Kuwait. The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing seating arrangements, assisting with reservations, and ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a warm, professional, and friendly manner

• Manage guest seating arrangements according to restaurant procedures

• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus

• Handle reservations, table bookings, and guest inquiries

• Maintain an updated seating plan and coordinate table availability

• Coordinate with waiters, supervisors, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

• Monitor guest flow and manage waiting lists during busy periods

• Assist in handling guest requests and concerns professionally

• Ensure guests receive a positive first impression of the restaurant

• Maintain professional grooming, appearance, and body language at all times

• Support the restaurant team during peak service hours

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception/hostess area

• Follow company SOPs and service standards

• Assist the management team with other front-of-house responsibilities when required

1. Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred

2. Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Hostess, Guest Relations Executive, Receptionist, or similar hospitality role

3. Experience in reputed, premium, fine-dining, or high-volume restaurants preferred

4. Excellent English communication skills

5. Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and customer-service skills

6. Professional grooming and presentable appearance

7. Good knowledge of guest handling and seating procedures

8. Ability to remain calm and professional during busy service periods

9. Good coordination and teamwork skills

10. Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays

11. Minimum height: 5'4"

12. Age 21–30 years preferred; up to 35+ for experienced candidates

13. Young, energetic, confident, and willing to learn

14. Gulf experience preferred
