Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and process payments.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to address guest needs.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
