In this role, you will:
Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and presented to Bob W’s high standard.
Manage daily housekeeping operations, including cleaning, linen handling, and stock management.
Receive and maintain linen inventory to ensure top quality and availability.
Address maintenance issues swiftly and support the guest experience team.
Greet and acknowledge guests warmly, anticipating and responding to their needs.
Uphold our brand’s reputation by creating spotless and stylish stays for every guest.
