Job Description

• Please note, Tathra Beachfront Holiday Park is not in an eligible location to be counted towards working holiday visa days

We're hiring multiple casual team members to join our team in preparation for the busy summer season. These opportunities are ideal for locals looking for flexible casual work and the chance to pick up a few shifts each week.

We have two types of casual opportunities available:

• Weekend-focused roles with shifts primarily on Saturdays and Sundays, making them perfect for someone seeking regular weekend work.
• Flexible casual roles for team members who are available across weekdays and weekends to help cover a variety of shifts.

Typical hours for both roles are 9:00am to 3:00pm, although start and finish times may vary depending on business needs. Additional hours may also be available during peak periods.

We're looking for reliable and committed people who can work throughout the school holiday periods, including the busy Christmas and New Year season.

What you’ll do:

As part of our Housekeeping Team, you'll help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring our accommodation and public areas are clean, welcoming and presented to a consistently high standard. This is a physically active role, best suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail and a willingness to get stuck in. On a typical day, you'll:

• Clean and service accommodation and public areas to the highest standards
• Change linen, replenish guest amenities and maintain room presentation
• Identify and report maintenance issues or missing items
• Work collaboratively with the team while confidently managing your own daily tasks
• Help create a positive experience for guests through your friendly and professional approach

What you’ll bring:  

• A passion for delivering great customer service and creating positive guest experiences
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (preferred but not essential)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently
• A positive, reliable and team-oriented attitude
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
• A good level of fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks
