What We’re Looking For:

A passionate and detail-driven Manager of Housekeeping who will lead with purpose and precision. You’ll be the driving force behind creating immaculate spaces that elevate the guest experience and reflect Loews’ commitment to excellence. In this role, you’ll combine operational expertise with a proactive mindset to ensure every corner of our property meets the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead and oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring rooms and public spaces meet Loews’ exacting standards

  • Analyze room turns and staffing needs, making real-time adjustments to optimize performance

  • Develop and implement housekeeping procedures that drive efficiency and maintain a pristine environment

  • Interview, hire, and mentor team members, fostering growth and engagement

  • Maintain optimal staffing levels and manage labor costs effectively

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction

  • Oversee uniform and laundry services, ensuring quality and timeliness

  • Hold regular team meetings to share updates, celebrate wins, and address challenges

  • Evaluate team performance and coach for continuous improvement

  • Regular attendance in conformance with standards

  • May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs

  • Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Your Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience required

  • Minimum of two (2) years housekeeping experience in hotel hospitality and minimum of two (2) years housekeeping or guest service leadership experience required

  • Previous experience with Opera Property Management System preferred

  • Ability to develop and maintain effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency while ensuring adherence to established guest satisfaction criteria

  • Ability to stand for long periods of time required

  • Ability to push, pull, and lift items weighing up to 25lbs

Salary range for this position, based on experience, is $70,304.00 to $75,000.00.
