About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our UK HR team to help provide an effective and efficient HR service to managers and employees across the UK covering HR administration, system support and general HR queries.
In addition to offering project support to global HR people initiatives our business plans, forecasts, projects, analysis and identifying opportunities for growth.
What you will bring to the role:
- Maintain accurate HR and payroll records in Workday, including starters, leavers, job/manager changes, promotions, salary and working pattern updates
- Manage HR and payroll inboxes, triaging queries and acting as the primary point of contact for payroll matters, liaising with ADP and providers to meet deadlines
- Prepare, validate and submit payroll data (starters, leavers, changes, overtime, bonuses, pensions) and maintain payroll systems, interfaces and automation
- Provide audit support and maintain HR business management system documentation
- Support HRBPs with day-to-day activities, including note-taking, policy guidance, and drafting/checking letters (offers, contracts, probation reviews, dismissals)
- Coordinate onboarding by issuing contracts, collecting documentation, maintaining personnel files, right-to-work checks, and assigning induction e-learning
- Process HR-related invoices and create purchase orders, with limited Finance support
- Support benefits renewals, update employee records, and ensure the UK HR team is informed of HR activities through daily and weekly meetings
About you:
- Working towards or CIPD level 5 qualified
- HR Administration experience ideally gained within a commercial business environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using HR systems
- Experience of working with confidential information.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise in an environment with frequent interruptions
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle sensitive, confidential information on a regular basis
- Knowledge and experience of using Workday and ADP would be an advantage
