About the role
We are currently seeking for a HR Advisor to join our team in Wyaralong.
Key responsibilities
Act as the HR Partner, providing comprehensive Human Resources advice and support to Engineering, Construction, Commercial, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations teams.
Partner with functional leaders to support workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, talent development, and compliance with Australian employment legislation and corporate policies.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to support the progressive staffing requirements across the design, construction, commissioning, and operational phases of the project.
Oversee employee onboarding, mobilization, and workforce administration activities, ensuring a seamless employee experience and workforce readiness throughout the project lifecycle.
Support project leadership in building and maintaining a high-performing workforce by aligning HR initiatives with business and operational objectives.
Ensure HR processes, policies, and practices are consistently implemented to support project delivery, employee engagement, and organizational compliance
About you
More than 5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or utilities projects.
Proven experience in recruitment, HR coordination, and workforce administration within project-based environments.
Strong knowledge of Australian employment law and industrial relations practices.
Demonstrated experience providing HR advice and support to middle management and senior leadership teams.
Experience supporting workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, and talent development initiatives.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Ability to work effectively in dynamic, fast-paced project environments and manage evolving workforce requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
