Role Overview
At Bough, the People function drives culture, precision, and trust. The HR Analyst will support the People function by managing end-to-end HR operations, maintaining accurate data, and ensuring smooth execution of HR programs. The role also contributes to process improvements, analytics, and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate demonstrates sound judgment, discretion, and ownership in upholding Bough’s people-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain employee records, HRMS data, and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Execute onboarding and offboarding to ensure a consistent employee experience
- Support recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate tracking, and offer documentation
- Assist payroll processing through data validation, coordination, and timely closure
- Ensure adherence to HR policies, statutory requirements, and compliance obligations
- Coordinate performance management cycles and maintain data integrity
- Serve as a first point of contact for employee queries, providing clear and timely resolution
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate HR processes while maintaining rigor and experience
- Support administration of leave, attendance, and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of employee queries
- Assist in maintaining HR policies, SOPs, and employee handbooks, ensuring updates are documented and communicated
- Support ad-hoc HR initiatives and internal projects as required
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- 1–2 years in HR operations, people operations, or related HR roles
- Hands-on experience with payroll, HR documentation, and compliance coordination
- Familiarity with statutory requirements and HR policy adherence
- Experience using HRMS platforms (Zoho preferred)
- Exposure to performance management and recruitment coordination
- Experience in consulting, professional services, or fast-growing firms is a plus
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word, for HR data management and documentation
- Proficiency with PDF tools and e‑signature platforms (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, DocuSign), including document preparation, version control, and secure execution
