We are looking for an HR Executive, Operations, to join the team. This will be a one-year contract.
Main Accountabilities
1. Provides HR services including but not limited to:
Preparing ESF employment contracts
Administering of employees’ benefits, including but not limited to MPF
Processing application and renewal of work visas
Other employment related issues
2. Assist in the implementation of the new HRIS system (Workday)
3. Maintains and updates HR database and records.
4. Provide professional advice to schools on employment-related issues
5. Coordinates with new teachers on on-boarding arrangements and assisting in induction events
Requirements
Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Experience in Workday HRIS is an advantage
3 years relevant experience, particularly in handling expatriate employment matters
Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
Strong understanding of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and visa application process
Sound administrative and organising skills
Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills
Mature, well-organized and able to work independently
Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant HR Executive.
