About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end recruitment (60%) while also supporting HR operations (40%) including employee engagement, onboarding, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (60%)
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – from sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and create effective hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, reports, and trackers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and recurring roles.
  • Conduct reference checks and ensure timely closure of positions.
HR Operations (40%)
  • Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding process, including documentation, background verification, and induction.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring data confidentiality.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and support payroll-related inputs.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist in resolving employee queries and grievances.
  • Manage employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, transfers, resignations, and exit formalities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and applicable labor laws.
  • Oversee office administration and ensure the smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Very strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
  • Exposure to HR operations, policies, and compliance.
  • Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field. (BBA/B.com and MBA)
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment and HR operations.
  • Experience in a corporate IT industry environment is a must.
