We are seeking a proactive and accomplished HR professional to join our HR Governance team in a key role focused on driving process excellence and HR initiatives. In this 9-month position, you will play a central role in optimizing core HR processes and policies while collaborating closely with global stakeholders across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Risk. With a blend of strategic insight and operational rigor, the team is accountable for critical HR governance activities and delivering high-quality analytics and reports to senior leadership.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Support the development, documentation, continuous improvement, and monitoring of HR processes and governance frameworks, with particular emphasis on consequence management (disciplinary procedures).
  • Partner in the end-to-end management of global disciplinary cases, including coordination across HR, Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams worldwide, ensuring adherence to policy and timely resolution
  • Produce high-quality deliverables for senior leadership, including data-driven reports, presentations, and concept papers.
  • Contribute actively to HR-wide projects and initiatives
  • Organize, facilitate and coordinate meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions

YOUR PROFILE

Professional Expertise

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; advanced certification or specialization in HR Management is highly desirable.
  • 3–6 years of relevant HR or business management experience, preferably within the financial services sector or a multinational organization.
  • Solid understanding of HR principles, employment regulations, and corporate governance standards.
  • Experienced in managing complex, sensitive HR processes—with proven ability to handle confidential matters discreetly.
  • Skilled in data collection, analysis, and visualization
  • Proficient MS Office skills, particularly advanced in Excel and compelling PowerPoint storytelling.
  • Fluent in German and English with excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate accurately, competently, and professionally
