This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. You'll work on live mandates, source real candidates, and get a front-row seat to how world-class creative teams are built.
What You'll Do
- Source and screen creative professionals across design, video, and content disciplines
- Map talent pools on LinkedIn, Behance, Dribbble, and the IndieFolio network
- Draft outreach messages, follow up with candidates, and schedule interviews
- Prepare candidate shortlists and summaries for client review
- Shadow senior recruiters and learn how client briefs turn into hiring strategies
- Maintain candidate databases, trackers, and basic recruitment reports
What You'll Bring
- Genuine interest in creative fields (design, content, or marketing)
- Strong written communication — clear, warm, and professional
- Organised and detail-oriented — able to track multiple roles simultaneously
- Self-starter mindset — comfortable in a remote, async environment
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, Marketing, or Communications
