About the opportunity

Internship Duration: 4-6 months

Stipend: It is paid; we do not believe in Unpaid Internships 🧐

Work mode: a work-from-office internship in Ahmedabad

What will you do?

• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• End to End Hiring process
• Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases.
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Support employee relations initiatives and activities.
• Contribute to the maintenance of a positive and professional HR environment.
• Conduct employee engagement activities
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion

What you need?

• Incessant problem solving skills
• The ability to understand goals of Reelo and recommend new approaches for improvements in the welfare and development of the Employees
• Familiarity / Exposure to tools like LinkedIn, Naukri portal, Angel List.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
• Strong drive to create a positive work environment
