The HR Manager leads day-to-day HR operations for our Portland and greater OR team, working 100% on-site with ownership of the full HR lifecycle, including talent management, employee relations, and performance development. The role will have a heavy focus on benefits, leaves and compliance providing expertise for our locations in Oregon and San Diego.  You will play a critical  role in our HRIS rollout and other exciting projects as we build out our HR infrastructure to match our growth. You'll partner closely with the HR Director and cross-functional leaders, with real input into how we build things going forward, not just maintain what already exists.
