Growth Opportunity
We have grown remarkably in the last 4 months and are doing a monthly GMV of over Rs. 150cr. We are working with over 10,000 content creators and 250+ brands and eCommerce marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Ajio, H&M, Savana (Urbanic), Only, Vero Moda, Libas, Aurelia, Mama Earth, and many more.

What would you be doing?
- Run the complete monthly payroll cycle end-to-end — inputs, processing, validation, and disbursement — with 100% accuracy and on-time salary credit.
- Own salary structures and all their components (Basic, HRA, allowances, LTA, variable/incentive pay, reimbursements); understand the logic of CTC → Gross → Net, and understand statutory payroll compliances: PF/EPF, ESI, Professional Tax (PT), etc.
- Process Full & Final (F&F) settlements for exiting employees, including accurate dues/recovery calculation.
- Manage payroll inputs — attendance, leaves, LOP, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and reimbursements.
- Reconcile payroll registers, resolve discrepancies, and respond to employee payroll and tax queries.
- Maintain payroll records and support internal and statutory audits.
- Support onboarding team: documentation, background verification, offer/appointment letters, and Day-1 setup.
- Support offboarding team: exit formalities, clearances, and relieving/experience letters.
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRMS; ensure data hygiene and accuracy.
- Administer attendance and leave management.
- Support HR policy documentation and compliance registers.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in payroll management and HR operations.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing and salary structure design.
- Working knowledge of Indian statutory compliances: PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, gratuity, and bonus.
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, reconciliations).
- High attention to detail, discretion with confidential data, and the ability to hit strict monthly deadlines.
- Clear communication skills for handling employee queries.
- Good to have: Comfort with payroll/HRMS software like Keka.
