Role Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Operations Intern to join our Pune office. This internship offers hands-on exposure to core HR functions, employee engagement initiatives, onboarding processes, and HR operations within a fast-growing technology company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding activities, including induction coordination and documentation review.
- Manage the Buddy Program to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new joiners.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
- Assist in Rewards & Recognition (R&R) programs.
- Coordinate effectively with candidates, employees, and internal stakeholders throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of HR Operations through coursework, internships, or practical exposure.
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
