Responsibilities: Managing the recruitment process: posting job ads, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and onboarding new hires. Collaborating with department heads to understand their staffing needs and finding suitable talent. Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts to maintain a positive work environment. Mediating disputes and implementing conflict resolution strategies. Setting up performance appraisal systems and facilitating feedback sessions between employees and supervisors. Maintaining records and preparing documents related to employment. Developing HR strategies aligned with business goals. Requirements Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience Extensive experience in the complete recruitment lifecycle Experience in working at a recruitment agency would be an advantage. Track record of closing positions within a month Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
