Job Title : Team Lead – HR Shared Services Qualification : Any Graduate Relevant Experience : 6–7 years Must Have Skills : • HR Shared Services operations experience • Team leadership and people management • HRMS and employee records management • Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) • Strong analytical and reporting skills • Excellent communication and stakeholder management • Strong organizational and time management skills Good Have Skills : • KPI reporting and HR analytics • Process improvement and compliance management • Global HR operations exposure (APAC, ME, UK, Americas) • Employee relations and HR advisory • Coaching and mentoring experience • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity Roles and Responsibilities : • Lead HR Shared Services operations across global regions • Manage, mentor, and monitor HR team performance • Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders • Maintain HR records and generate HR/KPI reports • Ensure compliance with HR policies and service standards • Identify and implement HR process improvements • Support employee and manager HR queries • Drive team productivity and operational excellence Location : Bangalore CTC Range : 11-13lpa Notice Period : Immediate joiners Mode of Interview : Virtual Shift Timing : General Shift Mode of Work : WFO
