Purpose

1. Partner of Learning & Development

“I ensure our learning ecosystem is accurate, engaging, and visible to all teammates.”

  • Update training records across platforms to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with team leaders and managers to validate and register past learning initiatives.
  • Contribute to the animation of training programs: create communication content, send reminders, and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Help design and roll out internal L&D campaigns that encourage teammates to learn and grow.
  • Monitor training participation and highlight success stories across the organization.

2. Partner of Employee Engagement

“I bring energy, connection, and joy to our teams through meaningful celebrations and moments.”

  • Assist in designing and coordinating engagement activities that boost morale throughout the year.
  • Help organize celebrations tied to milestones, achievements, and festive occasions.
  • Brainstorm and test new engagement formats (e.g., sports challenges, creative competitions, theme days).
  • Gather and analyze feedback from teammates to continuously improve the engagement experience.

3. Partner of Employee Wellbeing

“I contribute to a culture of care by supporting the implementation of local well-being initiatives.”

  • Support the roll-out of campaigns and rituals promoting mental health, psychological safety, and first aid awareness.
  • Work with BU leaders and HR to identify well-being needs and actions.
  • Help communicate clearly about available well-being resources and tools across channels.
  • Explore and propose new employee benefits (e.g., retail discounts, lifestyle perks, wellness partnerships) through market research and teammate insights.

Requirements

  • Undergrads studying in Singapore from all faculties are welcome to apply.
  • Strong passion for sports (no matter the level of practice from amateur to expert)
  • Customer & people centricity
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of adaptability and eagerness to learn and grow.
