Job Overview As an HR Generalist at Seena, you will be managing and executing a complete human resource functions to support our growing workforce. You will be responsible for ensuring a great employee experience and helping nurture a strong culture within the company that aligns with Seena Pay’s mission and values. Job Description Responsible for sourcing and interviewing the required job positions. Responsible for onboarding and facilitating a smooth transition for new employees. Overseeing employee relations, which may include conflict resolution and feedback sessions Administer payroll, attendance and employee benefits. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policy. Overview performance management appraisals and feedback. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures and internal communications. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR Generalist or similar role. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
