As a Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Hungarian-speaking customers. Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support via live chat, email, and phone for our Hungarian-speaking users.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with professionalism and empathy.
- Guide customers in navigating our platform and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve performance goals and maintain service excellence.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback within our support systems.
- Engage in continuous learning through product training and participation in workshops.
Requirements
- Fluent in Hungarian and proficient in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
- Prior experience in customer support or a similar role is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for excellent customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new cultural experience.
- An interest in the gaming industry and familiarity with the iGaming sector is a plus.
