Etsimme Huoltoteknikkoa Pyhälle Northern Lights Villageen!

Etsimme hieman aikaisempaa kokemusta kartoittanutta, oma-aloitteista huoltoteknikkoa Pyhän Northern Lights Villagen Resorttiin. Tehtäväsi on varmistamaa tilojen pysyminen turvallisena ja toimivana niin vieraillemme ja henkilökunnalle. Tämä käytännönläheinen työtehtävä sisältää niin tilojen kunnossapidosta huolehtimista aina huoltopyyntöihin tehokkaasti reagointia.

Keskeiset vastuualueet

• Päivittäisten huoltotehtävien suorittaminen ja säännöllisten tarkastusten tekeminen

• Huoltopyyntöihin vastaaminen

• Varmistaminen, että turvallisuusmääräyksiä ja -standardeja noudatetaan

• Yhteistyö ulkoisten urakoitsijoiden kanssa tarvittaessa

Mitä odotamme sinulta

• Mieluusti aikaisempaa kokemusta huoltotehtävistä

• Kyky käyttää erilaisia työkaluja ja laitteita turvallisesti

• Voimassa oleva B-ajokortti

• Välttävä englannin kielen taito suullisesti ja kirjallisesti

• Vahvat ongelmanratkaisutaidot ja tarkkaavaisuus yksityiskohtiin

• Kyky työskennellä itsenäisesti ja osana tiimiä

Eduksi luetaan

• Tekninen tai ammatillinen koulutus vastaavalla alalla, esimerkiksi putkimiehen/sähköasentajan tutkinto

• Eduksi tietämys putkistoista, sähköjärjestelmistä ja yleisestä rakennusten ylläpidosta

• Aikaisempi kokemus vastaavanlaisessa resortti-ympäristössä

• Sujuva suomen kielen taito

Palkkaus, kesto ja edut

• Aloitus: 23.11.2026

• Loppu: Tammikuun 2027 lopussa

• Työtunnit keskimäärin 112,5h/3vko jakso

• Palkkaus n. 18e/h (kokemuksen ja osaamisen mukaan)

• Muissa ehdoissa noudatamme Matkailu- ja Ravintola-alan työehtosopimusta

• Tarvittaessa voimme tarjota majoituksen jaetussa huoneessa hintaan 300 €/kk

About the Job

We are currently seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Technician to ensure our village remains a safe, operational, and welcoming space for all our guests and staff. This hands-on role involves maintaining facilities to the highest standard and responding efficiently to maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Executing daily maintenance tasks and conducting regular inspections

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests 

• Maintaining records of repairs and inventory

• Collaborating with the management team to prioritize maintenance projects

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards

• Coordinating with external contractors when necessary

• Contributing to the overall guest experience through diligent upkeep and improvement of facilities

Requirements

• Experience in a maintenance role

• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance

• Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment safely and efficiently

• Valid B drivers’ license

• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Beneficial Qualifications

• Technical or Vocational Training in a related field, such as plumber’s / electrician’s degree

• Experience in a hospitality or resort setting

• Fluent Finnish in addition to English

Pay, Duration and Benefits

• Starts: 23rd of November Ends: End of January 2027

• Working hours 112,5h/3w

• Hourly pay negotiated in an interview, according to knowledge and experience (approx. 18e/h)

• Other benefits according to the collective labor agreement

• If necessary, the resort provides accommodation in a shared room for 300 €/month
