As HVAC – located in Magna, UT, you’ll be a linchpin in missions of paramount importance, defining the art of the possible from day one. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
Primary assignment is in the Maintenance Department – HVAC, performing activities and tasks associated with the corrective maintenance and construction of designated buildings within the Bacchus plant.
This position will work a 4/10 schedule.
In this job, you will:
Position requires the knowledge and experience to understand and troubleshoot from electrical/instrumentation schematics.
Troubleshoot, service, and repair of HVAC systems across the plant.
Troubleshoot and repair typical industrial electrical equipment, i.e. perform maintenance on robotics, air compressors, electric generators, DC & AC motor controllers, overhead cranes, hydraulics, pneumatics, camera systems, and security systems.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on industrial refrigeration systems, install raceways, enclosures, lighting systems, wiring systems/devices, motors, pumps and related industrial electrical equipment
Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
Valid Driver’s License
Ability to pass the Safe Explosive Act (SEA) background check.
Troubleshooting of Refrigeration and HVAC equipment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent work ethic and ambition
Section 608 EPA Universal Certification
Preferred Qualifications:
5 year’s experience working at a manufacturing facility
Knowledge of SCADA control systems and how they function.
Knowledge of screw, reciprocating and scroll chillers
Steam heat exchangers for hot water loop systems and experience with steam coils.
Knowledge of Industrial Ventilation
Install and Maintenance of industrial refrigeration equipment and computer climate control systems.
Welding/brazing and leak checking with an electronic leak detector, evacuating with the use of a micron
gage and charging of the unit.
Electrical Wiring including low voltage.
Understanding Maximo CMMS is a plus
Building automation systems
A/C and Refrigeration compressor retrofits
Service and Installation of natural gas-fired equipment
Food service equipment service and installation; freezers, refrigerators and ice machines
Familiar with AC/DC drives, VFD’s, and servo systems.
Ability to read and troubleshoot using electrical/instrumentation schematics.
Experience working with 480 Volt / 3 phase equipment.
General experience in electrical, refrigeration, HVAC and instrumentation.
