Your New Role
Lead residential HVAC installation projects throughout Auburn, WA and surrounding communities within a 30 to 40-mile service area
Install heating and air conditioning systems, including equipment setup, ductwork, refrigerant lines, and system testing
Guide and support installation team members to help ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Verify installations meet EPA regulations and company quality expectations
Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

3 to 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience
At least 1 year of experience leading HVAC installation projects or crews
EPA Certification required
NATE Certification preferred
Experience using ServiceTitan is preferred
Valid driver's license
Strong communication and customer service skills
Authorized to work in the United States
Seattle Refrigeration License is a plus
