We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair electrical/HVAC systems on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. This position is ideal for an experienced HVAC professional who can independently diagnose, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems while delivering safe, reliable, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems (heating, ventilation, air conditioning)
  • Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams
  • Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards
  • Test systems and ensure proper functionality
  • Collaborate with other trades and project teams

Requirements

  • Previous experience working as an HVAC Technician.
  • Hands-on experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC equipment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of residential and/or commercial HVAC systems.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable driving record.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)
  • Experience in commercial or large-scale projects
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs.
  • Experience working on commercial or large-scale projects.

Schedule
  • Monday–Friday
  • Optional overtime
