31 August 2026We’re one of the world’s oldest start-ups — and we’re just getting started.
At Husqvarna Group, innovation is in our DNA. With over 330 years of heritage and a passion for pioneering technology, we design and deliver world-class products and solutions for forest, park, garden and construction care. From robotic lawn mowers to cutting-edge chainsaws and sustainable battery systems, we’re shaping the future — and we want you to be part of it.
You will join the Group Cyber and Information Security Office, working with Identity and Access Management in a global environment.
Collaboration is at the core of our culture, and you’ll find that team members are always willing to contribute and offer help when needed. As a senior team member, we trust you to take the lead and manage your tasks independently without too much oversight. Of course, we offer weekly catch-ups, a supportive environment and easy access to advice from both colleagues and managers — helping you thrive while giving you the freedom to take ownership.
You will report to the CISO.
As an IAM Solution Architect, you’ll play a key part in shaping Husqvarna Group’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) landscape — an opportunity to make a real difference in a global setting.
You will take ownership of the overall technology roadmap and technical architecture for our IAM platforms, ensuring that our solutions continue to support both current and future needs. You’ll stay close to industry developments and emerging IAM solutions, bringing new ideas and perspectives that can strengthen our existing capabilities, tools and processes.
A key part of the role is supporting projects across the organization. You’ll act as the main IAM point of contact, providing expertise and guidance on solution design and reviewing proposals from projects, service providers and product vendors. You’ll also be involved in critical initiatives with a significant impact on our IAM landscape and contribute to portfolio reviews and prioritization discussions.
Collaboration will be an important part of your everyday work. You’ll work closely with the Business Analyst, IT Security Manager, other GIS Security areas, external service teams and providers to make sure different solutions and roadmaps fit together and align with business goals.
Your expertise will also be important from an operational perspective. You’ll support teams during critical incidents, review Root Cause Analyses and work with vendors to identify proactive measures that can prevent recurring issues.
Throughout the role, you’ll act as a bridge between different parts of the organization — connecting business needs, security and technology while helping shape the long-term direction of IAM at Husqvarna Group.
You have a natural ability to see how different parts fit together — and, just as importantly, explain it to others. Whether sketching out a solution on a whiteboard or discussing it in a video call, you know how to make complex concepts clear and understandable.
You’re comfortable navigating different IAM domains, from internal systems to B2B and B2C accounts, while maintaining a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
Your strong communication skills, cooperative nature and ability to build relationships help you work effectively across different teams and functions. As a senior professional, you’re comfortable taking ownership and driving your work independently while knowing when collaboration is needed to move things forward.
We believe the best ideas happen when we’re connected. We spend most of our time together in the office, creating space for collaboration, creativity, and fast decision-making. This is consistent across all our global offices and helps us maintain a strong culture, support learning and development, and ensure everyone has access to the people and resources they need to thrive.
We look forward to receiving your application! Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the final application date 1 september .
