About this role
The Inventory Control Lead I provides day-to-day operational leadership and coordination within assigned inventory control areas. This role serves as a developmental step toward supervision by supporting team performance, training associates, monitoring inventory accuracy, and assisting with operational execution. The Lead I work closely with Inventory Control Supervisors to ensure process compliance, problem resolution, and achievement of departmental goals.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking performance metrics and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Providing daily direction and support to Inventory Control associates and Material Handlers.
- Coordinating workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet operational requirements.
- Supporting inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.
- Training, coaching, and mentoring team members.
- Monitoring compliance with inventory procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards.
- Assisting with troubleshooting inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
- Supporting material flow activities and cross-functional coordination.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and warehouse operations.
- Experience using ERP systems such as SAP and inventory management tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to coach and influence others without direct supervisory authority.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet operational deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.

Kitting Operator

What You'll Do
As a Kitting Operator, you will be responsible for preparing and delivering materials required for production orders. Your work will directly support manufacturing operations and help maintain smooth production flow.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue materials for production orders
Use RF scanners and inventory systems to track materials
Verify quantities and ensure kits are complete and accurate
Return unused materials to stock and maintain inventory records
Report material shortages and support production continuity
Maintain an organised work area following 5S and safety standards
Follow quality, ISO, and company procedures
What We're Looking For:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or inventory operations is an advantage
Basic computer skills and attention to detail
Good organizational and teamwork skills
Very good English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
